The worst place ever… she doesn’t know how to treat with customer and never admits her mistake.
I have been to the cutting house on Saturday and she did hair highlights for me and charged $150 and I told her immediately that you have used a different colour from what I have shown and chosen so I told her to remove the color immediately from front portion as it was looking worse…I wanted it look more natural but just because of her my hairs got turned into something which I have never experienced and expected before.
According to the customer policy she shouldn’t have charged me higher instead she should have corrected my hair color without any extra cost.
I understand there can be a slight difference of the color on natural hairs but it won’t be like brown to orange in any situation.
I thought maybe I can be wrong as well so I decided to go to other hair salons and showed them that this was what I have asked and this is what is being delivered to me.. even they said that if they would have done this they shouldn’t have even charged extra for it.
I have texted her as well that everyone is saying the same thing as well that what you have applied looks like heena color not a actual color which I had chose.
She even charged me $50 more even I said I wont be paying for your mistake to correct it so in total I have paid $200 for getting my hairs spoiled by a 15years experienced woman.
Worst service ever!
