About Silvio's Italiano
Silvio’s Italiano is founded by Paul Spinoglio, a local resident and owner of the popular JBN Café at Park Beach Plaza.
Silvio’s Italiano was a long-time dream for Paul. The venue is a tribute to his father, Silvio. He was an Italian immigrant that came out to Australia on the boats looking for opportunity after World War II. Silvio started life cutting cane, before becoming a restauranteur, and a publican.
It is a unique venue that offers an Italian style deli that is attached to a 160-seat casual style café and bar. The café is open breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and includes a fantastic Vesuvio wood-fired pizza oven that will offer traditional Italian style pizzas made from 100% Italian stone ground flour.
