These muscular tremors however offer a doorway to a deeper 'neurogenic' or 'reflex' tremor able to release deep tension held below the level of our conscious control. Neurogenic Yoga is not a new or different form of Yoga but is a new way of understanding, integrating and deliberately working with the natural shaking and tremors commonly experienced in all forms of Yoga. This upcoming 1 day Yoga Tremors workshop will provide 2 yoga classes to learn neurogenic tremors to create deeper rest and relaxation in your personal Yoga practice.
