Please don't provide a service one week them deny it the next..I came in and had a blood form printed out by reception no issues..now 2 weeks later I come in to do the sane thing and you tell me you won't print it out. Exact same ask..2 different answers, it's frustrating when you can get your reception on the same page!!
Had my pregnant partner turn up to the clinipath just before 12. I'm away and she has only public transport atm to rely on. Was kicked out of the clinic because they were going on a lunch break which wasn't till 12:30-1. And to come back tomorrow. The whole time the person there was rude and angry at her. She was willing to wait till the lunch break was over as it wasn't easy getting there and still this was dismissed. If opening hours are till 4. Why the hell is my partner kicked out and refused service while still being 4 hours before actual closing time.
