This is the second time David and Robert have clean the windows for us. Turned up on time and did an excellent job including mirrors, showers and internal French door. Great result and they are very quick. We had the tracks and screens done also and they also cleaned the sills. Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company twice in the last month, the first time was because of a burst pipe. I rang and spoke to Trudy who informed me that as Friday was very busy it may be Monday or Tuesday before they could get here to fix the problem but an hour later she called back and told me a plumber would be at my place by lunchtime (Trudy you are Wonderwoman).

Yesterday my gas storage water heater died and once again Trudy went out of her way to make sure I had hot water again by 2.30pm.

This is a company that cares about their customers, the plumbers were both very polite and helpful, both left the site in a clean and tidy state, their rates I found to be very reasonable and their response is second to none.

I called for leak detection, as I thought I had a big leak in my was foundations. I heard that this company was great and gave them a go. Trudy was so reassuring and professional and got me an appointment that suited, so friendly. She organised Brad to come out. I told them I worried it was a big job and that I thought it was coming out my foundations. Brad detected the leak, explained it in terms I understood and got to fixing it. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly fixed the offending pipe. What I thought would be a really expensive job turned out to be a cheap one. Brad was so honest and could have easily fleeced me, he didn't and I was pleasantly surprised. He also cut a new paver to fit around the pipe, put all the pavers back really well and tidied up. Would never have known work had been done. Fantastic job and great team. Thanks guys, very grateful.

Brad turned up at short notice on a Sat afternoon, dug up pavers, fixed a mains leak and relaid the pavers. Excellent job and service. highly recommended.

Needed a plumbing service to detect and fix a hot water leak on 28/07. My call was answered by Trudy who patiently listened to my problem and said she would get Brad the very same afternoon to come and detect the leak. Brad was fantastic. He came as promised and in a few minutes identified the leak.

As I opted to get the hot (leaking pipe) as well as the cold water pipe replaced - but through the roof rather than under the building, Brad advised that they would return on Monday 31/07 to rechannel the pipes. Brad's work was impressive, neat and the place was left clean and tidy. All in all a fantastic job - Hot water problem fixed. Thank You Brad and Trudy for a truly satisfying experience. Highly recommend your services to anyone needing a Cost effective and professional Plumbing service.
