Chose to call Tom because of previous excellent reviews and was not disappointed. My hot water service died on Friday and he came around to assess within a couple of hours and gave me options about what to do, and we arranged for replacement today at 7.45am. The plumber even arrived a few minutes early which as others have noted makes this business a standout. All the tradies who helped were very friendly and professional. Hot water service was replaced and I’ve now arranged Tom to do more plumbing works. Highly recommended!

Excellent service! Came at very short notice, went out of their way to fix our plumbing issues and were very reasonably priced. Polite and on time. Highly recommend them!
