Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I had a issue with a jet ski I recently purchased that Karl did some major work to back in 2023. Just needed some information regarding some of the parts and where to source. Karl picked up the phone close to 5pm and was so welcoming and polite on the call giving me way more time and advise than I could’ve asked for. Even though I wasn’t a paying customer he treated me like one and made me feel very comfortable. Karl keep up the good work mate. Will absolutely recommend anyone to your shop for mechanical repairs. 👌👌👌

Carl saved out family holiday. I contacted Carl at really short notice because my jetski stopped working properly and I was over 4 hours away from home. I was on a family holiday at Lake Hume jetskiing and towing the kids on a biscuit. I was recommended by another Marine Shop to contact Carl. Carl had a great phone manner and said I could bring the jetski down straight away. He did an awesome job fixing the jetski and saved our family holiday . I was happy with the price and workmanship. Carl is an absolute gentleman and I highly recommend his business. Carl is also trustworthy and reliable.

Spoke to Karl. I knew straight away from how he presented himself and when I heard his passion for motorcycles. I ended up finding a guy I knew I could trust. I don't even need to blink before thinking to recommend Regeners Garage.

I had my brand new sea doo jetski on the lake and it sucked up a ski rope because my daughter wasn't watching the rope. I dropped the ski off at 9:00 in the morning. Karl had it out and good to go by 2:00 pm. Great service, quick fix and he did the job really well. Me and my family were wrapped cause he saved our family holiday. Legend mate, great bloke, I would recommend👍

Great customer service, great attention to detail, clean up after themselves. And when there was a fault with the product installed they came back immediately and fixed the problem. Was very impressed.

I called on a Sunday and left a message and Sam returned my call within a few hours! We were fortunate that we could wait and didn't need someone to come out on a Sunday. By the Monday we had a time booked in for the following day to have our problem resolved! I highly recommend using Wello's plumbing!

Prompt professional service. Minor Gas leak was found during routine inspection. Once approval was given by real estate Tom rearranged his entire day to ensure we did not go without a heater or hot water over the weekend after already being without for 24 hours. He has been back to complete other minor jobs and always professional, on time and reliable.

Air-conditioning died on a Saturday in 40° heat wave and the guys came out to fix it first thing Sunday morning after a call out 5pm Saturday.. great service and fixed straight away

Our air conditioning stopped working Xmas day on a 36° day and they were at our house the very next morning fixing it before the temperatures reached 38°. They were friendly, prompt, professional and very helpful

He was very nice and plite he brought the part for the hot water system to fix it that dident work so he went out of he's way to fix the problem he endup geing a new hot water system and instorded it that day i wood reckumend him to eny one

My rental agency lodged a work request 10am. At 12:40pm same day Tom called to offer a quick visit/look at the swampy that didn't seem to know how to cool air before blowing it through the house. Tom has been by, confirmed the pump was not working, replaced it and finished the job within 40m of his call to me to confirm dropping by, on a weekend, on the last day of the year. With the various heatwaves and hot summers, we really appreciate the quick action and replacement and would definitely recommend Wello's in the future. Thanks! 🤩

We had a fantastic experience with Wello's Plumbing, I rang Tom on the Monday and explained that our existing hot- water system was producing discoloured hot-water. Tom explained that the system was on its way out, he then suggested solutions. There was no obligations. The service and punctuality of the Wello's plumbing crew was second to none. The difference of clear, hot, instant water is second to none - and we'll definitely be using Wellos plumbing in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

Chose to call Tom because of previous excellent reviews and was not disappointed. My hot water service died on Friday and he came around to assess within a couple of hours and gave me options about what to do, and we arranged for replacement today at 7.45am. The plumber even arrived a few minutes early which as others have noted makes this business a standout. All the tradies who helped were very friendly and professional. Hot water service was replaced and I’ve now arranged Tom to do more plumbing works. Highly recommended!
