It has been a nightmare for me since a strata manager from the company became our strata agent. He raised our Budget figure to almost triple of the previous year's by duplicating expenditure items. He took advantage of Sydney lockdown and placed an e-vote process instead of the owner's AGM 2021. He declared himself the chairperson of AGM and passed all the motions which were in favour of him although only 30/139 owners (that is less than a quarter) knew about the vote and submitted their votes online. He increased our strata levy to a level where our rental income could barely cover the strata levy cost. He is also the agent who wants to charge $195 per hour when I try to open a mediation with him.
Very poor customer service, they refused to clean our windows and claimed that they cleaned this window a month before this picture was taken.
The assistant community manager was not helpful and friendly at all. And her only reply repeated was:
‘The committee have noted your request but are unable to proceed at the moment.’
