Sarah Copley is great to deal with and always follows up and gets things completed. Sarah always returns calls on the same day. STM has a valuable employee in Sarah and i can see that she enjoys her job working within your company.
Dealing with George Kordas and Paul Kingsman has been a nightmare. Whenever you pick up the phone to call them, their secretary gives you the standard they are busy, I can take a message and both George and Paul do not respond. They have also applied additional charges without informing the owners committee. I would highly recommend that you avoid STM, and especially George Kordas and Paul Kingsman. Proceed with caution when engaging with STM, George and Paul... You have been warned!
Strata managers at STM do not hang around for more than 1.5 years (probably operational issues and company culture to blame) so be preapred to be taken for a ride!
