Nothing but Seamless
When you want to sell a house in Baldivis I believe everyone knows Elsie will do it and do it well! Absolutely the easiest transaction for what we thought would be the most stressful thing ever. Elsie knows the market inside out, her communication is 10/10 and she was by our side the whole way making sure she got the very best offer for us. Fantastic͏ to deal with
I͏ decided to try and sell my house for the third time and was feeling a little anxious as the first two times were expensive with no outcome. I looked at Realestate.com.au and saw that Kathy was selling houses left right and centre in my area so I thought I would give Ray White and in particular Kathy a try this time round.
This decision turns out to have been one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. As I live interstate the way Kathy took control of the sale and dealing with tenants that were moving out left me feeling very relaxed. When Kathy recommended a sale range I was a little worried as I thought it may have been a bit high and I was a very enthusiastic seller but I thought she obviously knows the market and what is happening around the location. My house went live on the market on a Thursday with the first home open the following Sat and I could not believe that I had offers before the home open and even more after.
All in all three days on the market and sold above my expectations. I fully believe this was due to Kathy's local knowledge, market awareness and experience.
