NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I hired them for my move in Melbourne SPECIFICALLY because they told me they could move my piano. The guys showed up in the morning not knowing anything about the piano and not having the equipment to move it. They told me someone would call me and organise a time that afternoon to move the piano but I never heard from them and due to short notice couldn't find anyone to move it, so I had to abandon my piano. I still haven't heard from them.
They also don't tell you until after they've done the move you also need to pay for their travel time, I had to pay for an additional hour for them to travel to my place and then back to their depot!
