Very impressed with Terry and his team from Westfern painting services. We had a very tight time frame to renovate a property trashed by tenants. Terry and his team were critical to achieving completion of the works during the annual building industry down time in early January. From the very competitive price, high standard of finish both internally and externally to their professionalism and flexibility I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. I will use their services again without hesitation.

Paul came out at short notice on a Saturday and got our plumbing issues sorted. Great guy and excellent service. Would highly recommend!

We ordered 6 blinds through ABC in November for just under $3000. A staff member attended twice to measure the windows, and no issues for install were highlighted. A few weeks later we received a call to book installation for Wednesday 9th of December. The day prior I received three forms of confirmation from ABC, but it was late in the day that I received a call to say that one of the installers had injured himself and needed to go home. I was told it would be difficult to get done before Christmas, but thankfully they were able to juggle things and we were rebooked for the 18th. I asked for a note to be added that our blinds needed to be installed by 3pm on the 18th as we had evening plans. The customer service member agreed she would add a note, and explained it should be possible because one of the installers had to finish at 1500 for a medical appointment.

On Friday 18th at 1530 I had to call because we'd not yet heard anything. I was put through to the same customer service person as the week prior, who told me that one of the installers had gone home (which I was expecting, given the conversation the week prior), and it was unlikely our blinds would be installed. I was extremely disappointed that I was only finding this out once I made the call, and even more so given I had again taken leave, we'd removed all the window furnishings, and were again told it would be unlikely to be installed by Christmas. I was then told it might be possible if there was someone here to help, but that it wouldn't happen until 1645. When I expressed my disappointment I was told the Manager would be asked if we could have a partial refund, given we were now needing to assist in the installation, and the delay was impacting our evening. Unfortunately the Manager refused because our blinds were being installed that afternoon.

The installer, Hash, arrived at 1650 and was fantastic, however our blinds weren't able to be installed because the measurements taken at fitting by an ABC consultant were incorrect (despite her measuring on two separate occasions). The pelmet could not be installed above the window as planned because the installer rightly pointed out it wasn't brick, and he was reluctant to attach the weight to the wall, so they'd have to be attached to our existing timber frames which required us chiseling out 14-15cm of the beading around the windows. Thankfully, Hash was able to drill the brackets in for us and provided us instructions on how to fit the blinds ourselves. He gave us his mobile number and told us to message him the following day (Saturday) if we had any issues.

That evening we had to sleep with a doona cover and sleeping bag covering our window, before getting up early to chisel out the beading and then successfully installing the blinds ourselves.

The blinds are fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the quality. The customer service was disappointing, however Management have now listened to our concerns and have reimbursed a portion of our bill. We would use ABC blinds again, however would double check the measurements taken before payment. Hopefully our next experience will be more positive!

Post edited after Management contacted me and offered a reimbursement of some of our costs given the installation delays and issues.

I am looking for blinds. ABC blinds was nice and local. Visited the Wangara showroom. Wow it’s really nice. Easy to Browse. The Staff are Great. Bonus was the Free bottled water.

I had another issue with an order which was stressing me out. She was able to resolve it immediately and I was so happy. I told her she should be in sales because her great people skills and general product knowledge was better than the rep that came out to see me. Audrey is an asset to ABC Blinds!

Service was so prompt. In 2 weeks we called, had a measure and quote, ordered, and installed. Before Christmas. Which ABC. at this time of year was amazing.,2018 Two years on now ,and we have always called Ralph to come and do blinds and now shutters. They go above and beyond for price, ordering and installing during a global pandemic when we have to rely on out sourcing to other countries. We wouldn't use anyone else the quality is as outstanding as their service.

I received service from Ralph Caccamo for the blinds/plantation Shutters about a month ago, very happy about his customer service - professional, knowledgeable, attention to details and reliable. After fully understood my ideas, he recommended better options, which are more practical and better looking. He also co-ordinated the measurement and fitting to suit my time very well. So, I decided to contacted him again about a week ago to quote the awings.
