I called upon the roof following another quote from a roof/gutter replacement and restoration company, the quote was fair more reasonable and both Nico and Jasmine where relatable and easy to deal with (it's hard to find the real old school trades these days) They arrive on time (with my having to book them inbetween other trades) and not only did they do a spectacular job workmanship wise the honesty and integrity was second to none. They had a local tradebase happy to pass onto me for other jobs and where happy and helpful in their demeanor. I could not recommend Upon The Roof any more highly and i would like to thank you both for an amazing job. 5 stars well done.
I asked Nico and Jaz to install extra down pipes and change water flows to deal with the massive winter downpours that have caused eaves and ceiling damage in previous winters. Nico and I worked out the best solution together after discussing the many possibilities.
Jazz was able to complete a written quotation the next day and schedule the work in within a few weeks. The job has been completed and I am very happy with the results.
Nico is a knowledgeable and resourceful tradesman, and what's more he's darn nice bloke!
