Been using my wheelchair purchased from Abbicare for 4 years now! It’s so handy having an electric wheelchair that can fit in a regular car boot. Rod is also extremely helpful on the phone, sending me the documents I need for airline travel even four years after purchase :-)

Rod is absolutely fantastic! Bought the Atlanta XL for the extra seat cushioning, being in the chair for extended periods.

Nothing was too much trouble.Taught me how to drive it. Let me try it out for 40 minutes. No pressure. No push. Small business. Great prices. Comfortable products. Just really helpful friendly customer service.

Try everywhere else (we did) Then come try the best!

I found exactly what I needed and the owner, Rodney, was very pleasant and helpful. I recommend anyone needing mobility aids, or even just advice, to try AbbiCare.

Fantastic service. Fast delivery

Excellent shop and service. I went back with a small problem with my walker it was rectify on the spot real nice fella a pleasure to deal with

Very helpful and straightforward!

Abbicare Pearsall is the place to go for great service! Speak to Rodney, he is kind, compassionate and friendly, his knowledge of product, service (as well as ongoing service) and trustworthiness made my husband and I very comfortable with the decision we made to not only buy one, but two electric carbon fibre ultralight wheelchairs from their Navigator Carbon range. WOW, they move effortlessly in any direction. A very smooth ride, easy to control and yes, it even has speed when you want it to. Very light so therefore easy to lift into the back of the car and the kicker is; you can make it even lighter if you remove the battery (not that we need to do that). This is a great small business, so if you want to support the small businesses in Australia and get the best service, go and see for yourselves. We highly recommend Abbicare. Go and see Rodney!

Zubu, they are brilliant. Had it first over 2 years. Previously I used a wheelchair full time when out but now I can walk with the zubu until my m.s. legs don't want to walk anymore, then ride. Brilliant shopping, being able to see all the shelves. Site seeing is no longer looking at everyone's arsenal (sitting in a wheelchair, sometimes the view ain't nice) The zubu has given me back my independence. Keeping me walking instead of sitting is the plan. Brilliant, give Rod a ring

Very organised site and great service from the owner!!!

My elderly mother purchased a 2nd hand wheelchair that was originally purchased through Abbicare. After 2 uses it had an electrical fault. I took it to abbicare and was given a replacement on the spot. Very impressed with the service. Great product and brilliant after sales service (knowing I wasn’t the original purchaser)

Absolutely happy with my experience. Such a nice guy

Great customer service, the wheelchair was brilliant and made my life so much easier. A very happy customer. Thank you so much

I'm in Wollongong and ordered the zubu brand ZB01 electric rollator from abbicare in a Friday and the zubu arrived on the Tuesday which I thought was very impressed.

Rodney at abbicare did an amazing job and professional. Feb 2024

October 2024 I had a small issue and happened to be in Perth so I popped into abbicare and Rodney fixed the issue without even worrying about it or even batting an eyelid.

Rod even made sure I was seated correctly for balance just to make sure of my safety.

I am 82 and don't often find good people willing to go the extra mile so if you are looking for an electric rollator or electric wheelchair I recommend buying from Rod at abbicare in Perth.

Highly recommend. Rodney the owner was very helpful in getting me a knee walker on the day, he even set it up for me so I could use it straight away.

Very friendly with great equipment. Thankyou

Always a great experience when we come and see them in store always happy to help

I bought a split-system wheelchair from Abbicare. It arrived on time. Rodney helped me on Whatsapp to assemble the chair and the battery. Everything worked but the battery stopped working after an hour or so. Then it would not charge. I got on to Rodney and he immediately posted me a new battery. He said if that did not work he would send me a new wheelchair. When the battery arrived, I changed the battery and the wheelchair worked well. I am very satisfied with the on-the-spot service I received from Rodney and I wish everyone had a supplier like Rod. Five stars for Abbicare.
