Sent in my 2 rackets for restringing on Friday and promised to be done on Sunday. I callled on Sunday and it’s not done. I called on Monday and was promised on Tuesday. Tuesday shop was closed because of Covid. Then I called Wednesday morning and was told to pick up at 5pm. Turned up at 5pm and only 1 racket is done. No one apology received. So asked for a refund. Fingers crossed I get my money back for the 1 racket.
