I had some issues with my Rinnai heater which I used a few times last year and 3 times this year before it stopped working. The heater was still under warranty. I couldn't keep the first appointment and could not contact the company but they were very gracious when I explained my situation.
I had Owen come out who was very professional, and personable and explained what the issue was. He advised me he would need to order a part and when the part came in, I would be informed.
It was only a week's wait and Owen came out again and fixed my heater. (He worked within my schedule as I work from home each Friday). Again, excellent service and was very personable. I would hope that he is an asset to the company as he did an outstanding job not only interacting with me but fixing my heater.
I would like to also praise all the staff who sent texts, emails and kept me informed. This company is run like a well-oiled machine. Thank you for assisting me in such a timely manner and you are all highly recommended.

Second time at this pub. Got there just before kitchen closed, not a problem they still took our order. Fabulous place to take your puppy and feel comfortable. The food was great and the cocktails well "what can I say" by far the best we have ever had. The guy behind the bar was very limited in stock but still he made 3 mean cocktails. Will definitely go back again.

Great spot in the heart but quite part of Surry Hills. Fantastic place to take your dog as they love having them visit and dogs get their own free treats like kidney pies!. Food is great with the usual pub grub with some stand outs being the salt and pepper squid and the arancini balls which were super cheesy. Really lovely sitting outside on the footpath tables and meeting everyone enjoying their day with a meal and of course a glass of vino or a beer or even the harder stuff. very friendly staff and a wonderful spot on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
All around a good local pub. Allows dogs inside the building which is also good for locals
Dogs are allowed here and mine loved it! The food was great and the interior has changed and is so cosy :)
The Carrington is an exemplar case of how to run a dog friendly pub. A wonderful venue that is clean and with loads of character. The food is great (sorry we jumped into it and forgot to take a photo), a nice selection of beers and the staff are really friendly. Dogs are welcome inside and out with treats available and a doggy menu too. All of us loved our meals and our pooch loved his Pupcake too. Well done, we will absolutely be back.
