Do not believe anything the staff or owner say. Do your own research into the products and the warranty. They will do and say anything to sell you the product that they get the biggest profit margin on, or have the biggest back log of stock on. But will not follow up on customer service after you walk out the door with the product. I found them to be exceptionally rude and condescending when trying to explain the issue I had with the product (Hoover vogue bag less vacuum) which was still in warranty. They tried and said everything to try and and get out of the store warranty. Due to the hassles I encountered when dealing with them, I do not recommend this store to anyone who want a reliable product and good honest customer service.
despite calling into this store at closing time on a sunday afternoon to ask for help on my vacuum cleaner which wasn't working as well as it should, despite not purchasing anything on this visit, I was overwhelmed by the helpfulness of the staff & I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a vacuum cleaner & i shall certainly use them for any future purchases
