We recently had our bathroom, laundry and toilet done by the Bathroom Company. The process took 6-8 weeks and we couldn't be happier.

From Andrew and the team arriving on site to quote the work, being warm and friendly, to providing a fully developed quote document which included everything such as overall project plan, materials and labor costs broken down by room, a well thought out budget that included quite a decent range of options to chose from, and a thorough costing of optional extras that could be included in the project, we were already off to a great start. We had not had this experience when getting quotes from other builders.

We then progressed to working with their inhouse designer to craft the bathroom and laundry of our dreams (ok maybe not dreams, but the best outcome we could have hoped for based on the space in our old house that we had to work with!). This process was excellent and I cannot rate it highly enough and I wish more companies did this. We could walk through end to end designing our areas, mocking it up again and again with their designer Jayde, and at the end we had a few documents with full 3D coloured renders of what the areas would look like, and I can confidently say the outcome was very close to being identical to the initial renders.

Once the work started, we had an excellent on site foreman (also builder) Nick managing the process for us. This was great, we had daily contact through out the process and I was available daily if any questions came up. They covered our floors with protective sheets and set to work, we had fairly substantial frame work and exterior wall changes, as well as asbestos removal, but it was still a breeze.

Overall we had very few issues and any that arose were promptly delt with incurring no additional cost to us. The outcome once finished was excellent and we were very happy with the full end to end process.

From Quote to completion this has been hands down, the best building experience. Continuous contact, honest, reliable. Fabulous workmanship from all. Andrew, Justin and the team of very skilled trades did an amazing job with my bathroom. We had a few hiccups along the way, to no fault of the team and Justin helped ensure I was well informed throughout and looked after everything. I left the team with access to my house while I had to go to the office, I felt they treated my home and the whole build with respect and I felt confident every step of the way.

I discovered a leaking water supply line and called Canberra Hot Water and Plumbing. They turned up within half an hour and had it fixed immediately. Very friendly and professional to deal with, and did a good quality job.

Emergency! Hot water heater broke early Sunday morning! The unit shares the water valve with another unit so turning off the water affects another family. Vin came round with a new hot water heater, and was methodical in the installation process. Vin is great! 👍 …

I would definitely recommend this business. I was particularly impressed with their honesty and transparency in assessing the issue before coming to site, and afterwards. They came out on a public holiday and did all they could to repair my hot water system, unfortunately the fault was specific to the manufacturer so not much could be done. Regardless, they provided a reduced rate even though they were entitled to a much higher rate, and I was most appreciative of the service I received. You'll not be disappointed in engaging this business.
