Cianne has a clinical background and is super super knowledgeable! She also very understanding and always offer different options to suit your body, whatever problems you have.

The studio is elegantly designed, clean and very calming. All students I’ve met so far have been friendly and non judgmental.

Definitely worth to give this place a try!!

The classes I have been doing at HEILEN with Cianne have been amazing. I am a beginner at Pilates and Cianne has been fantastic with taking the time to teach and guide me. I walk out after class feeling amazing. HEILEN is a beautiful and calm space. It feels like a little community seeing the familiar faces coming back again to each class.

I had my first session today. I attended the Circuit class with Stephanie, who was very welcoming and friendly. It was my first time using some of the equipment and Stephanie was very patient and informative when explaining the circuit and how to use the equipment. Stephanie was very attentive in ensuring I was keeping correct form throughout the session. Added bonus was Ralph the Groodle who was very cute and a good distraction when planking for 2 minutes!! 🤣

Best Pilates class I've had in a long time! The instructors are extremely experienced and passionate, pushing you to goals you didn't know you were capable of. Heilen is not just a place to work out, the exercises are explained and supervised in the right way so that your body can register the posture and learn without the risk of injury.

Wonderful studio lesson with Steph yesterday. Very insightful and energetic. Finished the class with such positive vibes.

Cianne gives the best classes. Personalised attention combined with her wealth of knowledge means my injuries and arthritis have improved and I have gotten stronger. And with the variety in the classes it's always interesting. Thanks Cianne ❤️

Quick very early morning sit-down Coffees and I was impressed with the service from the Lady not only quick but she also was on her own and managed the coffee very quickly out to our table,,,, and it was very strong, good texture and a clean finish well done, she was always smiling which is always a good thing! Shame no picture phone was in the car, also the little cookie was a nice freebie
