After some bad experiences it was refreshing to come across the people of The Bathroom Company, whose work ethic is wonderful. They turn up for appointments, work is done to a very high spec, and nothing is too much trouble. I was promised a beautiful bathroom and laundry, and they delivered. I especially enjoyed the help of their interior decorator who came shopping for taps, tiles and etc., with me. So, thank you to all the trades people and other staff.
We recently had our bathroom, laundry and toilet done by the Bathroom Company. The process took 6-8 weeks and we couldn't be happier.
From Andrew and the team arriving on site to quote the work, being warm and friendly, to providing a fully developed quote document which included everything such as overall project plan, materials and labor costs broken down by room, a well thought out budget that included quite a decent range of options to chose from, and a thorough costing of optional extras that could be included in the project, we were already off to a great start. We had not had this experience when getting quotes from other builders.
We then progressed to working with their inhouse designer to craft the bathroom and laundry of our dreams (ok maybe not dreams, but the best outcome we could have hoped for based on the space in our old house that we had to work with!). This process was excellent and I cannot rate it highly enough and I wish more companies did this. We could walk through end to end designing our areas, mocking it up again and again with their designer Jayde, and at the end we had a few documents with full 3D coloured renders of what the areas would look like, and I can confidently say the outcome was very close to being identical to the initial renders.
Once the work started, we had an excellent on site foreman (also builder) Nick managing the process for us. This was great, we had daily contact through out the process and I was available daily if any questions came up. They covered our floors with protective sheets and set to work, we had fairly substantial frame work and exterior wall changes, as well as asbestos removal, but it was still a breeze.
Overall we had very few issues and any that arose were promptly delt with incurring no additional cost to us. The outcome once finished was excellent and we were very happy with the full end to end process.
We thoroughly recommend The Bathroom Company, Andrew and the team, as their excellent work, communication and attention to detail, design and client happiness is second to none. Thanks again!
