John and Dylan did a great job of shifting some taps and replacing piping in our laundry. Arrived on time, left the room clean and tidy, quote was accurate and they were friendly and easier to deal with.

Once our new laundry was installed the planned plumber for the cabinet maker did not show, so I gave John a call and he and Dylan came the same day to plumb in our new basin and taps. A company with fantastic customer service and quality workmanship.

I have used this company 3 times now & each time Dylan has gone above & beyond what i would have expected. I would rate this company 5***** stars for service & price. Well done Dylan

Excellent Service, I contacted John on Saturday he was able to come to my place on Monday to check it out. He was on time extremely professional and did an excellent job. I also needed to replace my hot water system he was able to get that done within a day, he told me that Dylan would be there at 9am and they arrived on time and did an excellent job. Put down a sheet to protect my carpet and took care in the job. I would recommend Capricorn Plumbing, you wont be disappointed.

From the moment I rang to enquire to the actual job start John communicated with me. Honest, fast and reliable with good old fashioned work ethic. We got John to assist with a shower repair up at our property in Tapping recently. Was very pleased with the end result. All in all, great value and great workmanship. Pretty much hands off after giving the initial instructions on the direction we wanted. The internal wall leaky valved was replaced with waterproofing done at the repair site. Was so relieved that I didn't need to replace the entire shower as initially advised by the property manager.... Was very glad I came across his business on google maps.

You can definitely trust John to qoute a cost effective repair with reasonable rates. Will definitely look for him again for future repairs. A++++

John and his son were punctual and professional. My partner and had Capricorn Plumbing install a new Vulcan hot water system witch John quoted $1,800 inc GST. John and his son replaced some copper pipe. I thought "oh boy, now the cost will blow out". The invoice come back as quoted, $1,800.

I cannot recommend Capricorn Plumbing and Gas more highly. They have come to my rescue many times with water leaks and fixing taps over many years. I suspected a burst water pipe this morning. Being Boxing Day and having visitors, I was worried about not having water. I contacted John and Clodagh and they resonded promptly. My worries were soon put at ease and John's friendly face was soon knocking at my door. The leak was detected and the pipes were repaired using good quality materials. We had Capricorn Plumbing help us in our kitchen to install a new dishwasher valve and move our pipes for our taps. I couldn't recommended them more! They were fantastic. They were punctual, well priced, and very pleasant too. They made the sink and tap fit exactly how we needed it and our dishwasher works perfectly. Will be using them again in our laundry!
