I discovered a leaking water supply line and called Canberra Hot Water and Plumbing. They turned up within half an hour and had it fixed immediately. Very friendly and professional to deal with, and did a good quality job.

I called Vin about a problem with my hot water system late on Sunday morning and he was able to fix it on Sunday afternoon. I was very impressed with the service. He was responsive, efficient, professional and friendly. He contacted me prior to arriving at my property and sent me photos of the part he replaced. Mostly importantly he fixed the problem, it was seamless. Thank you so much Vin.

I would definitely recommend this business. I was particularly impressed with their honesty and transparency in assessing the issue before coming to site, and afterwards. They came out on a public holiday and did all they could to repair my hot water system, unfortunately the fault was specific to the manufacturer so not much could be done. Regardless, they provided a reduced rate even though they were entitled to a much higher rate, and I was most appreciative of the service I received. You'll not be disappointed in engaging this business.
