Terry and his team were critical to achieving completion of the works during the annual building industry down time in early January. We needed help with pilot light and release valve. Within 15 mins of calling a great young man by name of Dylan was here to fix. He was polite, respectful, great SOH and very helpful to us oldies. We were delighted with the service. Given it was a weekend call out (of course it was🤣😂) the price wasn't too bad. Even scored couple bags of jelly beans. Nice touch Casotti 👍

I woke up this morning to no hot water and the dread of huge repair or hot water system replacement costs. Casotti Plumbers came to the rescue immediately and I am now happily sitting in my garden awaiting the hot water system to fill.
