Rosetta Plumbing recently performed an emergency bathroom renovation on our rental property after discovery that a hidden water leak had caused major damage to shower, tiling, walls and floor. Michael, Luke and their team of trades were very courteous and accommodating throughout the renovation process, with Michael providing us with regular updates on progress. Their work was made even more challenging as there were tenants in residence, and partway through the job they discovered more damage than originally anticipated, so more materials and labour were required to be sourced at short notice. Rosetta Plumbing and their team did their best to minimise the impact to the tenants by reorganising their schedule to be able to finish the work as expediently as possible. Michael looked after all the coordination of the sourcing of materials, fittings and trades (including not only plumbers but also builder and tiler) so that there was nothing for us to do and made what could have been a very stressful situation for us as property owners as seamless as possible. We were very pleased with the finished job and are very grateful to the Rosetta Plumbing team.

My mother is elderly she called for a plumber to assist with trickling flow of hot water and the person answering was polite and informed my mother they would arrive that afternoon.
Within 1hour they were on site. They explained to her the issue and resolved it quickly and informed her why it happened.
It’s often daunting for elderly people to have to ask for assistance, to resolve issues for them as you age, when you hear of so many negative stories.

They are the better plumber I have used in Hobart, the cost is veryyy expensive though.
Blocked toilet due to septic system blockage, was fixed in a timely manner. Plumber & apprentice were both courteous, professional and explained problem clearly & gave good advice for future prevention. I Would use this company again.
