Dr Ng is the most professional and experienced GP I have seen. I had taken my mother to who is now, her previous and no longer GP, who was for the longest time unable to explain aches and sharp pains she was experiencing. It was by pure luck and good fortune that she was referred to Dr Ng who after thoroughly examining my mother was able to diagnose and provide accurate treatment. He is not only thorough in his assessment, but explained everything easily and without hesitation to both my mother and myself. I will also be seeking to have Dr Ng as my GP. 10/10!

Excellent services from doctor to staff

I am not a regular at this service so can't speak for their normal GP service, but they were very efficient in organising my Covid jab and everything went smoothly on the day of the jab. If you want somewhere for a jab, give this place a ring, don't have to wait long and no queuing.

Dr Caitlin Tran is is simply the best GP in Melbourne. She is incredibly switched on, incredibly compassionate - but most importantly, amazingly sincere. An absolute gem of a person, who has gone out of her way to help myself and my family in the good times and the bad.

Some clinicians pass you off, or try to move quickly through their patients, and you have to wonder if they are in the right profession? Not Caitlin, not ever, as she takes her time, she REALLY cares, and she has your back. She is no ordinary GP, and honestly, she is what every GP should aspire to be like.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to her, and also her nurse Sigrid - who is just nothing short of AMAZING too, and one of the most compassionate people I have ever encountered. ​
