My Husband needed 2 x 22” Audi tyres replaced after the sidewall blew out, due to gutter damage. Other company’s in the area were quoting $400+ per tyre. The Tyre factory quickly quoted less than half for the same type of tyre, and ordered in in quickly. They were honest about whether or not the car needed an alignment - we really appreciate the excellent customer service received, during a time where we really needed the car.
