I often find it hard to trust tradesmen because I’ve been ripped off a few times but these guys are genuine and honest – you can tell straightaway. They gave me a few options to choose from and were fair and transparent from start to finish. Communication is also great - they messaged me the job booking details and I also received a message when the plumber was on his way. Excellent service from top to bottom! My family have been using Black and Gold plumbing for several years now. Maurice was the only plumber that was able to help my parents with a very complicated sewer issue that even Sydney Water couldn’t work out. Thanks to him they were able to get it sorted with Sydney Water. Since then I’ve used Black and Gold to repair pipes, fix taps that were tricky as they were connected to mains directly, and replace a hot water system and repair a sewer line that also required removing concrete. They are not only competent, but they are also fairly priced and always friendly and professional.
