I have had a few cakes from Better Batter Matters now. I’m not vegan but I have friends who are. So vegan or otherwise these cakes a great. The cakes are divine. My favourite is the carrot cake! Melts in your mouth and the icing is delicious without being sickly sweet. Only problem with that is you keep wanting more.
