Hot water service failed at lunch time on Christmas eve. Jake attended site and new one was fitted by 4pm no hassles! Could not deal with better people, highly recommend them.

Have had them service my evaporative cooler several times. Very happy with the service provided. On the most recent job they dug in and diagnosed a fault with a minor part which was easily and cheaply replaced. Great communication throughout the process.

We had a problem with our ducted heating and tried to get our usual heater service agent to attend - they could not be bothered to even phone us back. Contaced another service agent who advised we would have to wait for a week. We then rang Duncan's, who booked us in for the next day. Anthony attended and sorted out the problem. We are so happy with the service provided, that we will change the servicing or our evap. cooler and our heating to Duncan's in future.

Duncan's installed a new Hot water service at mums place and, as always, did a cracking job. Install is neat and tidy and the guys were a pleasure to deal with.

Great service! Friendly, professional and punctual. They found the problem right away and repaired it quickly.

Duncan's are my go to plumbers - they're responsive and reasonably priced. The lads have always worked quickly so that it's rare I've had to pay more than the call-out fee plus the first half hour. Usually the main plumber is accompanied by a trainee which means the work gets done faster with two sets of hands.

Very happy with Duncan's Plumbing, who serviced and repaired my evaporative cooler. Their technicians were polite, friendly and courteous and even put up with my dogs, including a very rambunctious puppy, in a good-humoured manner.

Jake and his apprentice came on time, did a great job . They knew what they were doing, didn't waste any time.Polite, cleaned after themselves and took all the empty boxes and garbage with them. Charged me as quoted, good workmanship. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We are very happy with their work. A few weeks ago one of the guys came out to fix the heater but needed an extra part. They came back a few days later when it suited us and fixed the heater without any dramas. We will happily call them again for any problems.
