Josh replaced my bathroom vanity. Excellent work. On time and professional job.

Josh provided the best price to remove and dispose an old Vulcan wall mounted gas heater. The job entailed capping the gas connection, testing the gas network, removing the gas heater, removing the flue, replacing the roof tiles (which I provided) and disposing the gas heater. It was easy to communicate with Josh and I got the job done in a timely manner. He was on time and cleaned the premises before leaving.

Update Feb 2022

Josh still maintains his high standards and completes the job to perfection. Got my old bathroom sink taps replaced with a mixer tap and fixed blank cap covers to cover the holes. Also replaced the shower head and hot & cold water taps. Bathroom looks great after the tapware has been changed.

Josh plumbed in a new kitchen sink for us. Great job and great service.

Can't recommend Precise Plumbing enough - had a plumbing emergency on a Friday evening and they sorted it out within an hour and for a very reasonable price. I won't hesitate to use them for other plumbing jobs in the future.

I've had Josh out a couple of times to fix problems. He's always been willing to come out for urgent jobs and has done a great job every time.

Had an issue with the TPR valve leaking and the guys at Precise were able to squeeze me in between jobs on the same day I called. Very reasonable rate too!! The plumber Tim that came over was very efficient and a friendly young bloke.

Will definitely be using the team again for other plumbing work.

Had issue with a blocked drain and rang several plumbing company for help. Had to wait at least 3 days for someone to attend to the issue. Called Josh and promised to be onsite within 1 and a half hour the same day! All 3 of them came as promised and explain the issue with so much enthusiasm. Rate is VERY reasonable compared to others. What a legend these guys are! And many thanks!!

I called Josh to repair a blocked drain. It turned out the blockage was severe and extended from the back to the front of the house. The simple job turned into a very difficult and complex one. Josh and Tim did not give up and completed it at a very busy time of year. They did an excellent job.

Each time, Josh and his colleague (most recently Tim) have been very responsive and professional. The quality of their work is top notch and I'm amazed at how quickly they can get the work done. The services provided by Precise Plumbing & Drainage are very good value. I recommend them as the best plumbing service I have used.

Josh was amazing! Our toilet drain was blocked and he found that tree roots were the cause. We have a difficult landlord who insisted there was no problem. Josh managed to convince him it was urgent and did all of the work in a timely manner. He's a fantastic plumber and we'll definitely get him back if we ever need him!

10/10. Honest, Genuine, Reliable, More than reasonably priced, Accommodating, Personable, Knowledgeable, Punctual and Efficient. I cannot fault Josh and have no complaints. It’s difficult to find a decent, reliable and honest tradesman. I spent a couple of hours reading reviews, wondering if written by family or friends and if legitimate. I had no idea who to ring and no ‘word of mouth’ recommendations. I am relieved and fortunate I was drawn to Precise Plumbing. Josh answered the phone promptly, attended my Karabar house first thing in the morning on 29 March 22 as promised, and efficiently fixed the blocked drain caused by tree roots. Quite a few years ago I used a large well-known company for the same problem and was told I would need to rip up half the backyard costing thousands. Josh was pleasant, good natured and easy to talk to. He instilled trust. We gave Josh a little extra money as his price was more than reasonable and he displayed strong work ethics which showed integrity. In hindsight he was so fairly priced, we should have given him a little more money – next time. I would highly recommend Josh from Precise Plumbing. Save yourself a headache and take my advice which I believe is just as good as ‘word of mouth’.

Josh was professional gave reasonable quote, did the work real quick and cleaned the area tidy. I got him changed all the taps and he did a good job.
