I honestly don’t even know where to start because words barely do justice to the incredible job Ciao Bella Carpet Cleaner did at my place yesterday. I’ve used plenty of carpet cleaning services over the years, but nothing has ever come close to this.

We hired Caio Bella Carpet Cleaning for our three bedrooms plus stairs. Paul was very professional, conducted a pre-inspection of our carpet and gave advice on how we can manage any pet accidents moving forward. The carpet came up great and smelled fresh! He was also able to attend to our property on the day of enquiry which was greatly appreciated.

Game changer!

My sky blue couch looked like it spent a few years at Mooseheads after 2 years living with 2 dogs, a baby (turned toddler), a fake tanner that fell asleep on the couch breastfeeding too many times and a concretor that notoriously relaxes after work before a shower!

I was so embarrassed when people came over or when the couch was visible in pictures.

Anywho, it now looks brand new again, and they even got stains out that the last couch cleaner couldn’t! I wish I took before photos.

I will be making this a yearly pre Xmas treat to myself! Do it, you won’t regret it!

Ciao Bella did a fantastic job on my carpets. They even got out all the blutac! The carpets look amazing. I had been thinking that I needed new carpets, but they came up so well that I think they'll last a few more years. I will no longer feel embarrassed about my dirty carpets when I have guests over!

I recently had an issue where a toilet water connection resulted in wet carpet, and, as I was informed, moisture in the lower part of some walls. I am so glad I didn't waste time and contacted Ciao Bella. From their initial visit and follow-up visits, Paul and Jing kept me fully informed of progress in what is called "water restoration". Their quote was maintained and the final Invoice was less than the quote. I cannot recommend them highly enough and when carpet cleaning time arrives, they are coming back.
