We had blocked drains that were complicated to get to . Ryan, the plumber who attended, thought intelligently about the problem and had a solution that other plumbers had not thought of. He was excellent, friendly, and used his head.

Kim and Angie on reception were also fabulous and helpful.

I think his name was Dave? that came and unblocked the drains this morning. Couldnt be happier with the service! professional and friendly! Even got my 4 year old to help him which was fun! Would highly recommend!!

The receptionist was very transparent about the cost range when I called. The job ended up being a bit trickier than first anticipated but they were upfront in the change of quote.

The guy found a way to do the job so he didn't have to pull up my floor boards and made it much cheaper.

I was really happy with the whole process and never felt like I was getting jerked around.

Highly recommend Newcastle Plumbing. Office staff were helpful in booking an appointment and keeping in touch. Jason came to fix a blocked drain. He did a great job as the property is old and the line had not been cleared for a long time. Although there were tree roots blocking the drain, Jason was able to clear the blockage - without having to dig up the garden. Thank you!
