What can we say! We are ecstatic with our stunning new race car trailer. This has been our dream for many years, and Justin, Carina and the team at JTR have not only made it a reality, they have accommodated every wish, every question and made us feel heard and understood every step of the way. Nothing was too hard for them and they have delivered us a phenomenal product that we are so proud to own. I appreciated the prompt and efficient response when my hot water service sprung a leak on a Friday afternoon and I was advised by phone how to shut it down and it was replaced on Monday morning after discussing options available later on Friday afternoon. On Monday morning other more minor issues re water pressure where discussed and fixed immediately. The plumber I had previously used several years ago had no answer for those and the were very quickly fixed,
