First class was great. It's a long time since I've done a reformer pilates class but Cianne's instructions were clear and easy to adjust to my level of fitness. Looking forward to next week.

What a gorgeous space! So central and close to the main road yet feels like a little oasis with lush plants, beautiful new equipment and soft lighting. The classes are small so we got a lot of individual attention and feedback to avoid injuries. The teachers are very knowledgeable and professional. The teacher I had was a trained physiotherapist! Highly recommend.

Cianne is passionate about Pilates and movement. She is a brilliant mentor and I’m always impressed with her wealth of knowledge. Her classes are suitable for all bodies. They are friendly, welcoming, challenging and fun!

Cianne has a clinical background and is super super knowledgeable! She also very understanding and always offer different options to suit your body, whatever problems you have.

The studio is elegantly designed, clean and very calming. All students I’ve met so far have been friendly and non judgmental.
