Martina and her wonderful team have been a godsend to me. After a severe back fracture that made it impossible for me to maintain my home she arrived after being recommended by a friend and she lifted such a huge weight on me by literally transforming my home.

She emptied all my kitchen cupboards (which were a mess!), washed them out and organised the kitchen to be much more practical and usable space. The cupboards ending up looking like display shelves in an upmarket store.

Then she emptied my large fridge and tossed out all the stuff in there that had reached their use-by dates, thoroughly cleaned it and neatly placed items in neatly placed rows. My friends couldn’t believe the transformations!

She also organised my clothes cupboard with perfectly folded items. As making my bed was too painful for me, she always made it for me on her visits, leaving it looking like a display bed, with my shoes on the floor neatly lined up and my bedclothes neatly folded and placed on the bed.

It’s all these little touches that make her work a standout. She has great vision for what needs to be done and what will not only look nice but be practical.

I am so lucky to have found her! She really is quite extraordinary.

Had the joy of participating in one of Sunaina’s workshops: Beyond the Mask. Had dabbled in the world of Enneagrams back in the 90’s.

A door has been opened and I want to step inside and fully embrace a greater knowledge of Enneagrams. You seriously will not look at family and friends and your relationships in the same way again. Are they all 6’s and 7’s or are they a 3 holding space on centre stage.

Of further note was Sunaina’s delivery of the workshop. What a dynamic force she is. Articulate, knowledgeable and with much humour we were all captivated and kept wanting more on the day.

I am living in anticipation for the next one. Numbers now have a new meaning in my life and offer up a whole new perspective.

Beyond the Mask is a truly eye-opening and practical presentation on the way of the Enneagram. I feel like a whole new paradigm of self-awareness and understanding of others has opened up for me through Sunaina's candid, authentic and unique approach. For me, a new light has been shined on how we are as individuals, cultures and in relationship to each other. Sunaina's deep research and truth seeking make this presentation wildly informative and I would highly recommend Beyond the Mask to anyone curious to learn more about the Enneagram.

On talking with Sunaina

I learnt many things about the characteristics of myself within the enneagram.

She helped to diagnose me as a ‘2’ - the caregiver. Aside from the traits I related to, through discussion and analysis i was able to better understand how I relate to this.

One of the first major insights occurred when I had an interaction with a Polish woman.

I was aware she was suffering from a medical condition and was on her way to Delhi seek diagnosis and support. Upon meeting and talking I realised it was the same illness I suffered from as a young adult. It struck a chord with me as I was able to deeply empathise with her sense of fear and insecurity about the unknown territories of her path ahead. I offered my condolences during our brief encounter. But upon walking away I felt a deep sadness for her circumstances and misfortune. I also felt grievances for my own story, something I hadn’t suffered from for a long time.

When I approach Sunaina about it she immediately recognised that this woman was also a two and as twos are empathetic people, I was able to feel her pain. She also suggested that I could see a future me in her.

That I was able to see the burdens she was enduring from a lack of support travelling alone in India whilst Ill and fear of the possible outcomes.

This was something I was thinking about a lot at the time as I was on a sort of cross roads with my future choices.. something that often occurs while travelling.

As twos, freedom is recognised as the holy idea. Freedom is something I was desiring more so and questioning in terms of commitment in relationships and expectation of life with a family.

On meeting this woman at that precise time, I saw that I do not want a future where the unpredictability of illness can lead to a journey without solid support.

I am in a happy relationship and am willing to navigate the difficulties in order reap the overall benefits.

When Sunaina eventually met my partner we began to diagnose the frictions we suffer from but also the personality dynamics that work in our favour.

As a two, I am an extrovert. Drawn to people and serving their needs with my alluring nature. I am emotional, maternal and proud.

My partner is a five, more withdrawn than I am preferring his own time to retreat. He is methodical, calm and grounded with practical outlook of the world.

We balance each other, he grounds me and I elevate him. But in conflict I tend to become very emotional and for him this sends off alarm bells. It is not something he can easily relate to. In understanding the enneagrams. I see my self and him more clearly. I do not feel a need to change but only to gain more clarity in the relationship dynamics. I can seek a deeper insight and look for alternative methods when expressing myself to allow my partner to understand me better.

Sunaina is an expert in eneagrams! She was able to introduce me to this complete and complex system when I had very little knowledge of the field.

She generously shared her knowledge and interest with me, without counting. She also helped me identify my type as my partner's one when I was previously hesitating between several each time I get interested in it. From the precious information she gave me on the different types, on the contrary, it all became very obvious!

Exploring this type of tool is very interesting for personal development and evolution. We learn a lot about ourselves and our internal mechanisms. It allows us to understand ourselves and others better!

I organize wellness courses in France and we discussed eneagrams during the stays. It was very beautiful to see that more and more people are interested in it. The dissemination of this system creates a ground conducive to more acceptance and compassion towards each other and gradually builds a solid harmony between beings.
