The plumber that attended was BEYOND helpful and so professional. He talked through issue, the resolution, action required for prevention in the future. Also made a few other helpful suggestions. In addition to that he was actually a really nice person. It was like he genuinely cared OMG !!

Thank you for your very quick response over the Christmas break! We had lost hot water on Christmas day, and Wet Tropics were on-site with in two days to replace the system. Reece delivered the system on time, with Colin there to install quickly, he was very professional and friendly. Can't thank you all enough, to help us out at such short notice during the holidays!!

I went to Tokunai hair for the first time to get an up style for my 21st birthday. All the ladies were very friendly and welcoming. Even played me happy birthday on the speakers with a small cake.
