With cheap prescriptions you get cheap staff. After waiting more than 30 mins for a script I enquired to be told I had never lodged it with them. At a later point I parked in their staff parking by accident, which they told me was a frequent problem. When I tried to apologise for not reading the sign correctly due to poor eyesight their staff member called me liar.

Definitely my go to pharmacy for anything from buying a lipstick to getting my flu shots (actually not on this branch, only in the city). The prices are always great and constant half priced sales so I can stock up with different things every time.

I went there for a microdermabrasion and I was so happy with the service. They really know what they are doing and I will definitely go back to this place.

Approximately six months ago, I went to Pretty in the City to speak with a Skin Therapist about establishing a skincare routine. I had previously never had any type of skincare routine, and had absolutely no idea where to start.

The consultation was incredible. I was immediately put at ease. I felt listened to and Aoife and her team were obviously extremely knowledgeable.

I am now six months down the track with my (nice and simple) skin routine. I no longer feel like I need to wear makeup all the time and I can honestly say I've never felt more healthy, happy and confident in my skin than I do now. Pretty in the City helped me get my confidence back and now they have a client for life.

I didn’t catch the name of the pharmacist but today I went in to hand in my prescription and she noticed there was a mistake on the original script. She clearly explained the issue and kindly offered to call up my practitioner to sort the issue out and within an hour a new script had been faxed through and she even called me as soon as it was ready in store. I know there is often a bit of a wait here however given the circumstances with Covid affecting staff availability etc, I think they all do a pretty reasonable job. Just because staff talk to each other on the job doesn’t mean they’re not working.

All in one shop. Great prices. Pharmacist ask too many questions if you just want a headache tablet.

The service at Pretty In The City is second to none. The girls run on time for appointments, they are so professional and it’s just such a relaxing space. I had an eyelash lift and tint and I was so unbelievably happy with the results. I even got a head massage while waiting for my lashes to tint and it was so relaxing!! Would highly recommend!!
