It was very easy to book with JML Plumbing for the emergency repair of our shower tap. They arrived in about an hour of booking & worked very quickly and efficiently. Jessie the plumber was very courteous. We will definitely call them for any plumbing requirements.

I had to get a shower tap repaired, that was leaking and getting worse. I called around and encountered other plumbers who had extremely high rates or refused to give me an estimation of costs. Others still haven't replied back to my calls or emails.

When I got an email reply from JML with a rate and general estimation, they seemed like a serious business and I organised a booking with a 3 hour window.

When they arrived, not only were they on time, they called ahead saying if they could arrive soon and within 30 minutes, they had my shower fixed with a reasonable fee and some advice to help me out in the future. The team of two were great, professional and helpful. I will be using them again when I need help and they also said they could refer me to a good electrician as well. They also warned me about a couple of scam plumbers in the ACT region and it confirmed a few suspicions I had when I was searching for a plumber.

It was also really cool to see a really experienced tradesperson teaching an apprentice a few tips and tricks that he himself said he didn't know himself when he started. Seems like the kind of business practice and mentorship I want to support as well. The team is local with a few locations across the ACT region - so I feel like I am supporting my local community as well.

The repair seems to be holding up well after a week or so, so no issues - and the company emailed me asking how the work went, so that little extra peace of mind is really helpful.

Ben from JML did a fantastic job finding a leak in my hot water system and did a gas safety check on the whole house after. He was on time and very polite and friendly. He explained everything so I could understand what was wrong. Thanks Ben!

Both men that attended were both professional and informative from the moment they attended, til the moment they departed. We were having ongoing issues, that really made utilising our ensuite an issue. They both thoroughly explained what the issue was, which really helps us moving forward if an issue was to reoccur (hopefully that is not the case). A really big appreciation towards this company for providing such professional staff. Highly recommended.

Long overdue review! I used JML a few months ago investigate an emergency water failure in my apartment. Phone staff were helpful and the technician reached my unit promptly (despite it being late in the day) and went over and above the call of duty to investigate the building's central plumbing rather than restricting themselves solely to my apartment. In doing so they identified the central issue, which the buildings own plumbers had missed, and water was restored within the hour. I was impressed by their competence and professionalism, and would absolutely use them again.

Called up with a leaking water pipe on Australia Day. I had rung around - and most of the other Canberra plumbers advertising emergency responses weren’t working. A young guy from JML was on call and arrived within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Replaced the leaking pipe and the hoses under the vanity as well. The price, which was quoted up front, was also very reasonable considering it was an emergency response on a public holiday. Thanks JML.

I had a leaking pipe between the stop tap and the house. JML fit me into their schedule expeditiously and sorted the pipe quickly. The plumber who attended and the office were courteous, professional and very competent. I will be using JML for all my future plumbing needs.
