Thelma is literally the only shop in Australia who stocks Copperpot fudge (imported from England, and truly the best fudge in the world/ their awards back this). Anyway, Im In Melbourne and googled this product, and discovered Flowers and Sweet Hampers in Sydney had my favourite sweet. I called Thelma, and within the hour Thelma sent me the tracking number for an express post. I received my package the next day! That Thelma went above and beyond, at seriously little profit to herself, says a lot about this business owner. If this is what she would do for an interstate stranger- i can only imagine what lengths she would go to for her regulars. Its rare to find this kind of incredible customer service. This is a comment about Leanne Eardley..(a senior strata manager)....a recent appointment to our Owner's Corporation strata management....previously we had what I could not find the words to describe, years of .......then we got Leanne. A breath of fresh air and a desire to make things work and happen. Problems were addressed, things done in accordance with the legislation. Works were initiated, and conducted and followed up.

Outstanding issues are a significant issue for any SC and a person who keeps on top of things is a delight.

She is direct, professional and considerate.

Her communication skills and promptness in responding are a delight...I deal with many other strata managers. Leanne ranks as one of the best ones I have come across, I hope she stays at STM for a long time.

Perhaps I should not post this, as others may demand to have her look after them, but I am sure she will support us......

Really enjoyed my experience with Dr O’Shea

I went to see Dorine after a friend of mine told me that she was getting great results. I didn’t really know what a craniosacral therapist was but I was told that it would help with releasing trapped emotional energies. After just two sessions my whole world has changed. I’ve experienced decades of trauma related to a physical disability and whilst I deal with it there was a deep undertow of resentment. After seeing Dorine I feel free from that as I begin to integrate all the parts of me. Whole and complete. Now I’m a raving fan. Dorine you are magical, thank you.

I came to see Dorine at the recommendation of my Integrative GP and I'm SO glad my GP told me about her.... I had been struggling with chronic fatigue and was having a lot of difficulty in getting my nervous system to calm down and I was willing to try anything to see if it would help. I wasn't sure what to expect because I had never heard of Craniosacral Therapy but all I can say is that my experiences with Dorine have been gamechanging for my emotional, physical and mental health. With her grounding and nurturing support I was able to FINALLY process and move through traumatic experiences that I had blocked and stored in my body- that talk therapy just couldn't quite help me with to the same degree...Dorine has a way of making you feel so safe and so seen so you can really let go and let out what you have been storing in for years...sometimes decades. Whilst you can move through big stuff, you dont leave the session feeling worse (as you sometimes you do with certain therapies) I always find I feel 100 times better and far calmer...like I can breathe more deeply. It's hard to articulate in writing how thankful I am for Dorine...she truly is gifted and is so dedicated to supporting you. It makes me teary just thinking about it. More GP's should be recommending this kind of treatment for people with trauma and who have nervous systems that need support in learning to feel safe. I can't recommend Dorine enough!!

I had never heard of craniosacral therapy until I was recommended by a friend in the US. I trusted her and went looking for a therapist. Dorine's was the website I kept going back to.

Dorine has been a lifesaver helping me recover from at first a traumatic brain injury and now I see her regularly as a maintenance therapy to keep me at my best. I can't explain what she does yet the results are I'm more present and in the moment, I'm more grounded and happier.
